THE ANIMALS
The Lambs are bred from Suffolk ewes crossed with a Charolais ram. This produces top quality lamb that has its own natural tenderness and flavour.
The Pigs are a combination of 4 different traditional breeds for the sows which include: Large White, Hampshire, Welsh and Duroc. This combination of traditional breeds coupled with a happy, contented, outdoor life produces some really special pork which is succulent, tender and has a wonderful flavour.
